The
purpose of the project is to design a wireless temperature monitoring system
with the use of RF frequency/ XBEE
PRO/ Bluetooth
Module. This can be
used to monitor a temperature of a particular place. The main method is to have
a remote access capability. The system will consists of spatially distributed
sensors to monitor the temperature conditions.
The
project will consist mainly of the sensor nodes. Sensor nodes are small
embedded devices which are mainly able to perform simple computations and to
send/receive data. Their main function will be simple to gather information
about their production environment via sensors, to pre – process the data and
send it.
All the
information will display on the PC, users able to use the GUL to turn on or
turn off the heater.
