Lighting
is a very important aspect in life. It is necessary to always have an effective
supply of electricity to provide sufficient power in our homes, schools and
even working places for our appliances and even to provide light. It is also
important to save a lot of energy (electricity), save costs and even save the
earth. By saving energy people can always switch off lights and other
appliances when they are not in use. Most times people waste a lot of
electricity by leaving the lights and appliances on after they use them. This
project focuses on designing a system that is automated to help prevent wastage
of electricity and help save costs, anywhere.
